Terms and Conditions – GSCE (GS Computer Education)

Welcome to GSCE (GS Computer Education). By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
- Individuals aged 16 years and above are eligible to enroll in our courses.
- If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
- By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. Course Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollment in any course is subject to full or partial payment as per the selected plan.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified in a separate refund policy.
- GSCE reserves the right to change course content, duration, faculty, or fee structure without prior notice.
3. Mode of Instruction
- Courses may be delivered offline (in-class) or online, depending on the program structure.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all system requirements for online learning.
4. Student Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect in both physical and virtual classes.
- Misconduct, abusive behavior, or academic dishonesty (including plagiarism) will lead to termination of enrollment without a refund.
5. Use of Study Material
- All content provided (notes, videos, presentations, assignments) is the intellectual property of GSCE.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Attendance & Certification
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for a course completion certificate.
- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and/or assessment criteria, if applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- GSCE shall not be held responsible for any:
- Technical interruptions or third-party platform issues
- Job placement outcomes or employment guarantees
- Loss of data or information due to cyber-attacks or system failures
8. Modifications & Updates
- GSCE reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Continued use of services after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Third-Party Services
- GSCE may partner with third-party platforms or trainers for specific course modules. We are not liable for actions taken by those third parties outside the scope of our agreement.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
